Frequently asked Questions

How does Shipping and Delivery work?

We usually ship orders using DHL or UPS, both of which provide tracked, secure, and insured shipping. Your order will typically be dispatched within 1-5 business days after payment is received, but please allow up to two weeks during peak times. For shipments within the EU, delivery usually takes 1-4 days, while worldwide shipping typically ranges from 2-6 days. I proudly ship to over 40 countries, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If your location is not listed, please contact us to find out if there is a way to ship to you. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please email with any questions.

What if my Order gets damaged during delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We take great care in packaging all original paintings in sturdy cartons secured with foam, and prints are wrapped in glassine paper and shipped in protective tubes to ensure they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage along with your order details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

What if I want to return my Order?

Because each painting and hand-embellished print is custom made, we do not accept returns on artworks. We encourage you to carefully review the details and images of each piece before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information about a specific artwork, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Are Customs and Import Taxes included?

Please note that import taxes and fees for non-EU countries are not included in the sale price and will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each of my original artworks and every Limited Canvas Print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), featuring a hologram and detailing the edition number and usage rights. I also register the artwork online, ensuring that your piece is officially recognized and authenticated.

Furthermore, all artworks are registered online, providing official recognition and validation of your piece.

How long do the fine art prints last?

According to tests conducted by the independent American Wilhelm Imaging Research Institute on the latest Epson Ultrachrome K3 Vivid Magenta pigment inks, fine art prints have an estimated longevity of approximately 60 to over 200 years, depending on the printing medium and color mode used.

“Longevity” means that, within this timeframe, the colors of the print and the canvas will not show any visible changes to the human eye. For printed fine art canvas, this means that noticeable fading or color shifts in the inks/canvas will only occur after this period.
