“Popel” is a whimsical and thought-provoking piece from the 2019 series exploring religious motifs through the portrayal of animals. This artwork features a raccoon in the attire of a pope, serving as a playful yet meaningful reminder of life’s impermanence. The series encourages viewers to fill their lives with color, challenge beliefs, and approach the world with humor and curiosity.

• Total size (with 2 cm border all around): 30.7 × 24.0 cm (12.1" × 9.4")

 

• Border: An additional 2 cm white border is included for ease of framing.

• Material: Printed on Hahnemühle Museum Etching Paper, a 350 gsm, 100% cotton fine art paper with a finely textured surface. This natural white, matte-finish paper is free from optical brighteners, ensuring archival quality and vivid, detailed reproduction. It is acid- and lignin-free, meeting the highest standards for age resistance and museum-grade prints.


Edition:

This special edition is released in celebration of reaching 50,000 Instagram followers and will be available only from May 7 to May 14, 2025 — after that, it will never be available again.
