The Story of Dreams that learn to Fly
When Dreams Learn to Fly grew out of my wish to return to Dawn and carry its feeling a little further, into something more dreamlike, more open, and ultimately more hopeful. I wanted this piece to feel like a quiet reminder that if you believe deeply enough in something, even the most fragile dream can begin to lift itself off the ground.
What challenged me most was the background. I originally tried to stay close to the world of Dawn, but the painting resisted that direction completely. No matter how much I pushed it, it refused to become what I had planned. At some point, I stopped trying to recreate something that had already existed and allowed myself to take a different path. That was the turning point. The surface began to open up in its own way, and the texture that emerged felt even more honest than my original idea. In the end, I fell completely in love with it.
There is something weightless in this piece, but also something deeply determined. The small figures seem suspended between earth and sky, between memory and possibility. That is what I wanted to capture: the moment when longing becomes belief, and belief becomes movement. The instant when a dream no longer belongs only to the imagination, but begins to grow wings.

How long will my print take to arrive?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched, however, the majority of orders will be dispatched within a few days. You will receive tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.
How will my print be packaged?
For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope, while anything larger is shipped rolled in a tube.
For the US, anything larger than 12"x16" will be sent in a tube. This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
- For the UK, EU and US order: No customs fees
- For other countries: Fine art prints may incur customs fees depending on the country of origin and destination, for more information see here.
Are these prints archival?
My fine art prints are designed to last, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. You will not be disappointed, the print is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.
What is the policy on returns?
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
What if my print gets damaged in transit?
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
